Terms of Service

Issued by MagiCareer, governing use of the MagiCareer iOS app and magicareer.it website ("Service"). Using the Service = accepting these Terms.

• Service — MagiCareer iOS app, website, related services
• User — individual aged 18+ who registered
• User Content — resume, profile, AI queries
• AI Recommendations — advice generated by automated processing technologies
• Subscription — paid access to Pro features
• Apple — Apple Inc. and affiliates

AI-powered job search assistant: resume analysis, job matching, interview prep, career advice. Provided "as is".

• Minimum age 18
• Accurate information required
• One user — one account
• Password security is your responsibility
• No account transfer to third parties

5.1. Subscription Plans

Current prices are displayed in the MagiCareer app paywall and on the App Store listing. Apple Inc. processes payments and converts currency per your Apple ID settings. All taxes withheld by Apple are included in the displayed price.

5.2. Auto-Renewal

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscription auto-renews unless turned off ≥24 hours before period end. Manage in Apple ID settings.

5.3. Free Trial

Only for new Pro Monthly subscribers. Auto-converts to paid after 14 days unless cancelled. One trial per Apple ID.

5.4. Cancellation

Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → MagiCareer Pro → Cancel. Access continues until period end.

5.5. Refunds

Processed by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We don't handle refunds directly.

5.6. Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Existing subscribers receive at least 30 days' notice of price changes via email and/or push notification. You may cancel your subscription before the new prices take effect without penalty.

6.1. Nature

Service uses automated processing technologies (LLMs). AI Recommendations:

• Do NOT guarantee employment
• May contain inaccuracies, errors, biases
• Do NOT replace professional career counseling
• Are informational only

6.2. User Responsibility

You verify AI information independently. You make decisions at your own risk. MagiCareer is not liable for consequences.

6.3. AI Limitations

Service is NOT used for:

• Discriminatory decisions
• Automated candidate filtering on behalf of employers
• Biometric collection
• "Success" prediction without user

6.4. AI Rights

You may:

1. Request explanation of AI logic
2. Configure or disable AI in Profile → AI Settings
3. Request human review (email support@magicareer.it, "AI Review Request", free for Pro)
4. Not be subject to solely automated decisions — AI only suggests; you always decide

You retain ownership. You grant MagiCareer a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to process for Service delivery, share with sub-processors (including AI providers), store on our servers. License terminates upon deletion. You warrant content doesn't infringe third-party rights.

Prohibited: reverse engineering, scraping, impersonation, illegal use, security violations, malware, spam.

Consequences: suspension/termination without subscription refund.

All Service rights belong to MagiCareer, protected by Ukrainian law.

By User: Profile → Settings → Delete Account. By MagiCareer: Terms violations, government requests, 2+ years inactivity.

Service "as is" / "as available". No warranties of uninterrupted operation, freedom from errors, AI accuracy, job availability.

To extent permitted by Ukrainian law:

• No liability for indirect, incidental, punitive, consequential damages
• Maximum aggregate liability does not exceed amount paid for subscription in last 12 months
• Not liable for actions of employers, recruiters, other users

Ukrainian law applies. Pre-court resolution via support@magicareer.it (30-day response). Otherwise Ukrainian courts.

2. Apple is not responsible for Service
3. Refund via Apple per its policy; no other Apple obligations
4. Apple is not obligated to provide support
5. Apple and subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries with enforcement rights
